Thank you for shopping with us! If you have any issues with the product ordered, you have the right to return it to us and get a refund or replacement. Note that we do not offer returns or replacements if you simply change your mind about the order.

 

When is a Product Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• We shipped a different item from the one specified in your order.

• The item is damaged or lost in transit before delivery.

• You notify us of a refund request within 30 days of purchase.

• The item is returned to us in its original packaging and without any traces of use.

• You purchased the item from our website.

• The item delivered to you does not match the description of information on the description page.

• The item is not fit for the intended purposes as advertised by T-HAERE.

 

How to Make a Refund Request

To make a refund request, notify us immediately of the issue via our email address at biz@t-haere.com including pictures. Once we receive your notice, we will provide you with information about returning it to us. You will cover the cost of shipping it to us, but we will refund your shipping cost if the item qualifies for a refund or replacement.

 

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if it qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will refund (or replace it by shipping a new one through the same shipping method) the price and any applicable return shipping cost.

 

We will refund the applicable amount to the payment method you attached to your order. The funds will arrive at your payment method according to the policy of your payment method provider.

 

Your Consumer Rights

This Return and Refunds Policy does not in any way affect the consumer rights you have under applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
